• 1. I am having a problem with placing an order?

  We use a partner named RegNow to run our online web store and they are the best in the business.  You can reach their online help at www.regnow.com/help.html. 
  

• 2. Where do I find my authorization key?

  We have a very elegant system that automatically loads your key into the VueWise products.  If you have an issue, you can find your key at https://www.regnow.com/order_lookup.html.

  If for some reason, there is a problem, just fill out our form above and we will send you the authorization key again.  You can manually input the key into the product to activate the full license.  Simply click on the Help tab inside the product and choose Enter License Key.

• 3. How long does the Free Trail Last?

  The Free trial limits the number of uses at 5 launches of the product.  The trial version will watermarks the output to powerpoint, image and print versions. 
  

• 4. I am having problem installing VueWise Territory Maps.

  VueWise Territory Maps is built on Microsoft .Net framework.  At installation, the .Net framework and SQL Compact database should have been installed.  Most user issues can be overcome by ensuring these elements are installed.  Follow the links below and download these two files.  Let us know if you still have issues.

• 5. How do I add contact details to the reps and show it on a map?

  1.  Click on the map that you are working on from the Maps List.
  2.  Click on one of the states that a rep covers.
  3.  On the right panel, you can chose from two tabs, Reps or Legend.  Chose Reps.
  4.  Under the rep name, choose edit.  This will show you the Edit Representative Screen.
  5.  Input any information in the fields that you would like to have published on the map (Name, email, phone etc.)
  6.  Next to each data field there is a check box under the title Show at Map.  Make sure any data that you want shown is checked off.
  7.  For States covered, you can either type them in the Territory Name field or click on the Add New link at the bottom and create a new field.  There is not an auto-populate feature for states...it is a great idea BTW and will share with the developers.
  8.  Click save.  This needs to be done for each rep.

• 6. How do I align the legend to the bottom of the page or a different location?

  1.  On the left side Actions feature you can choose Print, Export to PPT or Export to Image.  Chose any of these.
  2.  This takes you to the preview page.
  3.  On the right side under Customize Map, you will see a drop down box called Legend.  You can choose top, bottom, right, left, floating or none.  This will populate the preview with the correct alignment.
  4.  You can now export or print.

• 8. How do I split States or Create Counties?

  1.  Create New Template

  2.  Name it, Enter description

  3.  Choose template from drop down

  NEXT

  4.  Select state you wish to modify

  NEXT

  5.  Edit map

        a. click on state you chose (should be the only one showing)

        b. click 'split'

        c. click on where you want to split map (from border to border or from previous line drawn)

        d. click on territory you just created - RENAME

  6.  repeat until you have created territories you wish to create on custom template

   

  SAVE

   

  to utilize map go to 'create new map', choose template you created and create your group.

   

  To use file click ' Import'.
