My favorite time of the quarter is when we go through our review and planning sessions. It is the opportunity for the staff to look at the business to determine if goals were met, identify problems that must be overcome, and look to the next 90 days. For most sales organizations this will require some presentations on performance and outlining changes to territory alignments as the business grows or the personnel changes.
